RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MDMAshoes only refunds regular priced items. All items marked at €65.00, on sale, purchased from the “Broke Patrol” collection or with discount vouchers are non-refundable and also not possible to exchange.
MDMAshoes unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online shop are manufactured with the utmost technical rigor and free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly refund you for any defective items you wish to return. To start a return process, please send us an email to [email protected] with the reference of your order, description and photos of the defect you want to complain about. Please wait for our feedback of approval or rejection of your claim. When your claim is approved, your product must be returned to us in new/unworn condition, without any signs of use, in the original packaging and with all its components, within 15 days from the approval date. After 15 days from the date of our approval, items are no longer eligible for return and are considered final sale. Please consider the time it takes for your chosen carrier to ship your item(s) back to our distribution center in Portugal. We’re so sorry, but we don’t assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGES We accept unused items purchased exclusively from MDMAshoes.com. Products will only be accepted in new, unworn condition, in its original packaging and including all respective components, which must be received by us within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Portugal. Items are no longer eligible for exchange after 30 days of your order date and will be considered final sale. In order for us to process your exchange, you must email us at [email protected], mention your order’s reference and inform us about the exchange you wish to do. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your returned product was approved or rejected for exchange. Products approved can be exchanged for any other product available in stock. All fees associated with shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
